Devlog #10 | Week 45
Heyyo, It's Sondre, This week on the "Comfort Zone" Devlog, I've been working on a detection system which instantly kills the player on activation, with a safe zone placed. The detection sytem will detect the player randomly inside a specific zone. The indicator for this timer is eyes in the background of the game, when they're open the player will die if inside the danger zone.
Jenny has worked on the "Unknown" Background, Spoopy Eyes and a Goldenrod Flower as a resource.
Felix has been working on different sound effects for Comfort Zone. He spent some time in a quiet room and recorded a bunch of different sounds by using different items like bags, sticks, and a glass cup. After recording the audio, He edited the recordings in Audacity and made different sound effects for our game. It was a lot of fun to make different kinds of noises with different objects.
